First of all login to your Namecheap account Dashboard and go-to cPanel. Find Emails in cPanel.
To create a new fresh Professional Email click on create an account and in the new window just fill up your info. In the Username field type your username:
Create Password and Select your Required storage. After filling up all the information then click on create.
You’ve successfully created a Professional Email account.
How to Receive all Emails to your Local GmailTo check the messages sent to your Professional email address you’ve to open cPanel and then you’ve to check the Inbox in cPanel, which is quite difficult. Don’t worry about that you can receive all the email sent to [email protected] to your local Gmail account?
Just follow these steps:
Go back to your cPanel and search for Email Forwarder.
In the first box type your Professional Email and in the second type the Gmail Account you want to receive all Emails to It. We’ve added the forwarder so from now you will receive all messages sent to [email protected] to your Local Gmail account.
In order to send Emails from the Professional Email address, we need to add the Email to our local Gmail account.
Login to your Gmail account and go-to settings. Click on add new account and add the Professional Email login info.
Now in the new windows, You’ll see an interface like this.
To get this information Go to cPanel > Emails and click on Check.
Click on Open and the Professional Email will be open. Now you can see the Info just note the HTTPS info and paste it into your Gmail account.
We have created a Professional Email. We added a forwarder & then we added the Professional Email to Our local Gmail account.
